Course Outline
Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to perform training and assessment in vocational training centres or other locations/organisations. At this level, the individual is expected to accept responsibility for the outcomes of their own work with minimal supervision
A total of ten (10) units must be completed, including:

- EFAFA4001B Carry out assessment;
- EFAFA4002B Plan, organise and facilitate training in the workplace;
- EFAFA4003B Design and develop learning programs;
- EFAFA4004B Use national qualifications;
- EFAFA4005B Design and develop assessment tools and materials for assessing candidates;
- EFAFA4006B Provide work skill instructions through demonstration;
- EFAFA4007B Mentor in the workplace;
- EFAFA4008B Include language, literacy and numeracy skills in training;
- EFAFA4009B Maintain training and assessment Information;
- EFAFA4010B Design and develop learning materials.
Participants who successfully complete this course will receive a nationally recognised Certificate of Completion.
