Course Outline
Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed for people who are mentors or trainers in the workplace, including NGO’s delivering information sessions, community organisations, supervisors and managers in the workplace, future trainers and people who deliver presentations and facilitate workshops.
This course delivers training in three units from the nationally accredited qualification EFAFA411A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
The course includes:
- Making presentations;
- Demonstrating work skills to others;
- Giving instructions;
- Facilitation skills;
- Training groups and individuals;
- Planning and organizing training;
- Training needs analysis;
- Learner characteristics;
- Developing workplace training resources;
